“Dear Poonam, I wanted to drop you a note and provide our feedback on the recent vacation trip that we booked through you. We booked a 15 days tour of Delhi, Agra, Ranthambhore, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer towards end Dec12/early Jan13. The overall experience was fantastic. The entire itinerary was very well planned, seamlessly coordinated and each detail such as hotel, local guide, local vehicle driver, etc was meticulously looked into. The unique thing about the overall trip is that we had local guides and drivers in each place and they were helpful in explaining local nuances that allowed us to experience local culture. At the end of each day, we also were briefed by them promptly on next day’s activities. Overall, the drivers & local guides were very polite, courteous and were keen to help us. All the arrangements were seamless and this allowed us to have a complete peace of mind & focus more on sightseeing part. Hotels booked were very good, very clean and outstanding. Above all, you were available to assist with our questions during the trip which was comforting. Overall, a fantastic trip & I would highly recommend this to others. Thanks, Sri”
