Itinerary
Day 1: Late night/ early morning arrival at Delhi where our representative will meet you and facilitate you to check in at the Hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.
 
Day 2: Delhi sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, do sightseeing in the city, covering Old and New Delhi. Visit the biggest mosque in India the Jama Masjid, constructed by Shah Jahan in 1658. Then drive through Raj Ghat and see Gandhi Smriti where Gandhiji was shot dead by a fanatic.
Post lunch visit “New Delhi” which came into existence much later, and is also known as Lutyens Delhi, taking after the name of a British architect who was largely responsible in designing the India Gate, The Presidential House, the Secretariat, the Parliament House and many other buildings in that area.
Drive on to see the tallest tower in Delhi, known as Qutub Minar, which declared the arrival and rise of Islam in India.
Evening you will be taken to the station to board a train to Jodhpur at 8.50 P.M. Overnight in the train and arrival at Jodhpur at 8.00 A.M. the next day.
Train from Delhi to Jodhpur is Mandor Express.
 
 
Day 3: Jodhpur
 
Arrive at Jodhpur where our representative will receive you and take you to the hotel.
After some rest take a city tour of Jodhpur - the largest city in Rajasthan after Jaipur, Jodhpur stands at the edge of the Thar Desert. It was founded by Rao Jodha. Chief of the Rajput clan known as Rathores and the Rathore kingdom was once known as Marwar - the Land of Death. The tour includes Meherangarh Fort - one of the most impressive & formidable in the whole of fort-studded Rajasthan is situated on a high natural rock bluff and from which you can look down on the wonderful panorama of the bustling city below. Also visit Jaswant Thada- an imposing white marble cenotaph built to commemorate the acts of bravery and generosity of the rulers in the 19th century.

Day 4: Jodhpur- Jaisalmer
 
After breakfast drive from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer ( 5-6 hrs). On arrival Check in at the hotel and rest a while.
Jaisalmer is India’s most exotic and unusual town situated inside a huge mud fort. It is a tiny jewel in the heart of the Thar Desert which was the capital of the Bhatti Rajputs. In the evening visit the Sam dunes where you will witness sunset while enjoying the camel ride. Overnight at the hotel.
 
Day 5: Jaisalmer
 
This morning visit the Gadisar Lake, the large natural oasis that attracted Rawal Jaisal to this site. Visit the Palaces, Jain Temples and magnificent havelis, richly decorated and carved from golden yellow sandstone. Patwon- ki- haveli (house of the brocade merchants) is the largest and most elaborate havelis of Jaisalmer.
Also visit the Royal Cenotaphs of the Rawals in Barra Bagh where the rural were cremated. Overnight at hotel. 
 
Day 6: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur
Check out from hotel and drive back to Jodhpur. Evening at leisure and overnight stay.
 
 Day 7: Jodhpur to Jaipur
Check out from hotel to reach the station to board a train to Jaipur at 9.15 A.M. Reach Jaipur at 3.10 P.M in the afternoon where you will be received by our representative and taken to your hotel. Evening at leisure or to go strolling in the many streets or lanes of Jaipur for shopping. Overnight at the hotel.
Train from Jodhpur to Jaipur is Marudhar Express.
 
Day 8: Jaipur Sightseeing
 
Morning visit the Amber Fort and Palace, which is a striking example of Rajput architecture situated on a hill side and overlooking a lake, which reflects the fort’s ramparts and terraces. Visit the City Palace in the heart of the old city which is the former royal residence that houses a museum with a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes and an armoury of the Mughals and the Rajputs.
Near the Palace is Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, the largest of Jai Singh’s five remarkable observatories. Also visit the landmark of the “Pink City” the Hawa Mahal or the palace of winds, built to enable the ladies of the royal household to watch the processions passing in the street without being seen. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Jaipur to Agra
 
After breakfast drive from Jaipur- Agra (4 hrs). Visit Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned city of King Akbar en route to Agra. Reach Agra and check in at the hotel. After some rest visit the famous monument of love- the Taj Mahal. This most famous Mughal monument was constructed by Emperor Shahjahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal who died while giving birth to his 14th child and after just 17 yrs of marriage. Enjoy this monument at the time of sunset. Taj Mahal is not open to visitors on Fridays.
Overnight at the Hotel.
 
Day 10: Start the day with a visit to the Agra Fort which lies on the bend of the river Yamuna, almost in the heart of town. It was built by Emperor Akbar as his citadel over the years 1563-73 in the finest architectural style. It has imposing gates and walls of red sandstone and a moat. Visit Sikandra the mausoleum of King Akbar on your way out from the city of Agra.
Early evening drive back to Delhi from Agra (4 hrs). Reach Delhi and drop off at the hotel or the airport for onward journey.
